The Baymont in Prattville Alabama is far most the best hotel I’ve been in and I’ve been in quite a few. The staff is very friendly. I highly recommend this hotel.
Everything was so convenient. You’re right across the street from any shopping you possibly need. The area is quiet. Hotel was excellent.
This place has great curb appeal. Outside is immaculate as well as the rooms. Pool is crystal clear, however, a bit tiny Other than that, it's been an amazing stay so far.
I was staying here for business. Service at the front desk was okay, I was apprehensive because it is an older building. I was pleasantly surprised that the rooms were remodeled and it was well done. The room was clean, the furniture isn’t old and worn out. I am especially glad that I didn’t get the vibe that the room was the location of a crime scene. Book here with confidence. It isn’t the best but it is clean, well maintained, and reasonably priced.
Tamara was wonderful for us. She went well above and beyond to take care of an issue we had and made sure we were satisfied. Great customer service.
All the staff professional and friendly. Rooms clean and beds comfy. Breakfast was on point but needs more variety, besides the sausage and plain round egg. Very pet friendly which is a plus.
We got caught in the rain on our Harley and needed a room asap. I really enjoyed my stay here. The bed was comfortable, and the pillows were soft. The breakfast was hot and yummy. The housekeeper even went out of her way to help me out. I will definitely be back if I’m ever in the area.
